It had very little to do with his disappearance and more to do with the symptoms of malignant narcissism that has infected our country (for the psycopath or narcissist tends to find refuge in Marxist ideologies), though it did mention a likely reason for Putin’s disappearance.
Actually, I did. I also read, twenty years ago, an in-depth study of The Culture of Narcissim by the renowned critic of liberalism, Christopher Lasch, who pioneered the term "culture of narcissim" as the title of his excellent 1979 book. I also highly recommend his 1991 book, The True and Only Heaven, which pioneered the term "Me Decade" in reference to the 90s (Clinton era).
