ASTANA, March 16. /TASS/. The presidents of Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus will meet in Astana on March 20, a spokesman for the Kazakh leader said on Monday.
The spokesman said Vladimir Putin and Alexander Lukashenko had already confirmed they would attend the meeting.
"The heads of state will discuss bilateral trade and economic cooperation," the spokesman said adding that they would also focus on global economic issues and the Ukrainian crisis.
The Kremlin put the rumors to rest.
He will now meet fellow heads of the Eurasian Union in Astana, Kazakhstan on March 20.

Member states are: Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia. Kyrgyzstan seeks to accede in the future as a full member.
In the future, the Union will embrace the entire post-Soviet space apart from the Baltics and Ukraine.

Did they? He was supposed to resurface today, not put off the meeting till the 20th.
This is apparently the same exact meeting that was supposed to occur today:

More weirdness. This same guy who is saying he will meet with Putin on the 20th apparently arrived in Moscow today to meet with Putin. Why’d he show up if the meeting is cancelled? And what is the explanation for the cancellation?

Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, I see it now. Still doesn’t seem like there is evidence of a resurfacing, just another pronouncement of a meeting to be had. Let’s see if Putin appears anywhere today.

Unless the Kremlin posts a cancellation on the presidential website, people are expecting Putin to show up today in his native city of St. Petersburg.
If he truly does meet with them, I’m sticking with a previous guess....that he had surgery that he doesn’t want to make public.
