I thought the same thing when I read 22 rifle. From the video, the sound of the gun shots were not of a 22 rifle from a distance.

I'm really REALLY surprised that there weren't M855 rounds used, or FN 5.7mm. These are the two (2) rounds that the ATF and gun grabbers in DC want to see gone right now. All the rest of the guns and ammo come later.
