Morning AB, All,
Weather turning nicey nice here and last fall’s leaves still lay comfortably upon my lawns.
Munchaussen daughter helping today, in the Name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost .she has recovered from the hysterectomy I firmly believe she did not need. But she had weeks of walking around with pillow on stomach including in stores and in public, that the world should know there is an operation scar upon her belly, feel sympathy for me. Finally I had to tell her to drop the freaking pillow, that I never seen anybody walk around in public with a pillow, that she looked stupid. And let’s not forget the bedhead “sick chic” look that she likes to sport to garner more sympathy.
Alas do not cry for me Argentina as the girl really is getting much better. She even called up the doctors and asked how long she needed to use the pillow and they told her, insert chuckle here, maybe three or four days, tops. She walked around like a goofball for FIVE WEEKS wearing the pillow.
And yes, you may laugh. I am sorry but my mockery and ridicule is working with her. It seems to be the only thing that works, surely a lifetime of medicos not dealing with her REAL problem hasn’t helped. Also I tell anyone in my surround about her Munchaussen craziness because that too helps quell the weird behavior.
I shall either go to heaven for my patience or possibly star on Dr. Phil.
Thank you AB for doing this thread and to yon commenters who make me wiser.
I been watching the Hillary email flap and sure hope that this matter is dealt with intensely in today’s political talk shows.
Once again I ask WHERE ARE THE REPUBLICANS?
I know that if Donald Rumsfeld, for example, were discovered to have an email server in his house that Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi would be holding press conferences lambasting such a thing. I’ve not seen Mumbles McConnell or John Boehner or any of the potential candidates say a word about yet another Clinton flipping the world the bird, Queen Hillary is way too important to bother with the rules.
Lord I despise that woman.
**-oops! I wrote the above before seeing AB’s compilation of today’s shows and guests. I note Mumbles McConnell is on one so let’s see what he has to say about Hillary.
Thanks once again AB for all you do.
The new links provided by individual as to where their funding is coming from is a nice addition to the list you provide per program. It’s interesting to see who is funding the politician before they appear and state their positions.
Thanks for thread A.B. There are rumblings that O will impose new taxes on corporations by executive order (or do away with deductions). While Congress sleeps.
It appears to me that Republicans are failing to take control of congress and our elected officials are allowing 0 to dictate the narrative.
I know the media/press won’t be of much help so it’s up to the members to stand out. Senator Tom Cotton has done it so maybe others will learn what has to be done to get into the news.
And...In.
“There are rumblings that O will impose new taxes on corporations by executive order (or do away with deductions). While Congress sleeps.”
Interesting comment this. -
Congress has been imposing Taxes or Tax breaks on their favorite big money contributors for many years.
The Corn belts Ethanol subsidies/mandates, The Wind farm industry. etc just being the most obvious and current
The tax code is full of gifts that the SENATORS have written into TAX law. Why begrudge O doing the same shenanigans?
Good morning, AB and all! Thanks honchoing this thread every Sunday, AB.
From the looks of the roster on MTP with Cotton today, I’m going to guess that he’s going to get branded as Worst Racist of the Century in 5...4...3...
Well the executive branch inserts many, many plums in tax bills also. This new proposed action by O is not a part of a bill which has to get voted on by Congress. Apparently he will simply impose it through an IRS regulation or rule change (or, “Are you serious?” ~ My Cousin Vinnie)
In my humble opinion, the worst racists today is shared between 0bama and Eric Holder, with Valerie Jarrett close behind pulling some of the strings.
Angria Bichel on Stepinawfulpis...needs to put some clothes on...on her face.
Just don’t let the DippyPost or the Boulder Comrades hear or read that as coming from you......
(Okay, that’s the DENVER Post and Boulder Daily CAMERA for those not in on Old School Colorado jokes.)
So y'all with have to post twice as much today to keep up with his normal Sunday volume!
Good debate segement on FNS with Barasso and Cardin.
FYI, the Denver compost may be for sale. Revenue is down and they have had to let people go.
I got one earlier but was waiting for a good time to post it. You, however, have a fish to include!!! Better than the one I got. ROFLOL
