First time I recall hearing about this form was on the Kelly File earlier this week when the lawyer (IIRC he worked for VP Cheney) was on. He was very good and said that
a) the State Dept should be able to produce this form in 1-1/2 days
b) if she signed it she’s in trouble - I believe he said it was a felony because of the language on the form stating that they person signing it certifies that they have turned over all records in their possession
c) if she didn’t sign it, why not, given all State employees have to sign upon leaving, including the SoS.
I don’t recall anyone mentioning them, but it seems that as State Dept employees (as an aide or advisor to Hillary), Huma and Cheryl Mills should also have had to sign one. Maybe someone will put in a FOIA for their forms, too. Not sure if they had state email set-up, but apparently they were using the Clinton server, too.
