Yes...saw it last night when all the trucks etc. were going into red square....looks like event for Crimea celebration is the platform their staging.....Years Anniversary of returning to Russia. Still...wondering what , if any, announcement is to be made concerning what. MAybe Putin got married to his girlfriend for all we know...and they've been staying in his cabin.
