It seems odd that Putin would start a firestorm in the Kremlin over his kid being born. That kind of stuff is never good in Russian politics.
I’m going to morph my wild speculation from last night that he’s dead to a more thoughtful theory that Putin is just laying low til the dust settles from this turf war that seems to have broken out. Maybe he is being sidelined.
Imagine if you will the utter ecstasy of not seeing or hearing from BHO for 8 glorious days. :-)
