Prior to Mohammed there was a Quraysh Moon Diety named Allah. After his conquest of the Quraysh tribe, Mohammed made Allah the Monotheistic entity that has no son.

That's completely unsourced. Again, there is no evidence outside of the Koran that there ever was such an entity as the "Quraysh tribe."

The word "Allah" has nothing to do with the moon. There are various Arabic words for moon: badr, qamar, hilal, etc.
