When was the federal indictment on the Ferguson PD issued? Unless the FPD was engaging in Bull Connor type conduct, what gave them the right to issue the indictment and have the police chief replaced?
I'd say BO's just-us department had everything to do with inspiring these shootings as De Blasio's office had to do with the execution style slayings of the two NYPD cops.
