Lots of speculation, most of it baseless and wild.
Rumors that it just isn’t Putin that “hasn’t been seen”, but several high-ranking Military leaders, as well.
Add in that there was a “Snap” Nuclear exercise last weekend, and the baseless speculation plot thickens.
