Glad we all worked so hard to elect a Republican majority in the Seanate last year. Sheesh.
Ted Cruz says leave marijuana to the states =>

I actually think this is great embodiment of what Supreme Court Justice Louis Brandeis called the laboratories of democracy,' Cruz said. If the citizens of Colorado decide they want to go down that road, thats their prerogative. I dont agree with it, but thats their right."

I am sick to death of the MJ issue.
People have used MJ for 6,000 years or more.
In the US it only became an issue when “refer madness” was produced, which by the way only had to do with “negro music and white women enjoying it, 1930s or so., before that no one cared.

I’ve seen all the “benefits” I need to, unfortunately. I haven’t been hidden away in a cave, so there have been way too many POTHEADS demonstrating the “benefits” to me ... LOL ...

And legalization is working out so well for ColoradoSo do you agree with Ted Cruz (and the Tenth Amendment) that Colorado should make that decision rather than fedgov?

Cruz is right, 100%.
The more we can get the fedgov OUT of, the better off we are.

In time, it would expand. I hate to think how many more DUMBED-DOWN VOTERS the Democrats would be getting. That’s probably the plan, anyway ... “Make them POTHEADS and compliant! We’ll never lose another election!”

I know that THC can help many remedies, I do NOT want to be high I WANT to be pain free, there ARE strains that can accomplish that.
It is the “no matter what what everyone wants to be high” people are blocking my ability to be pain free.

Get the active ingredient in capsule, pill or liquid form, get it dispensed at a doctor’s office and go there every month if you need to. I know others who deal with pain and they have prescription pain medication and they get a prescription each month. That’s fine being medically managed with that kind of methodology.

Maybe, I just don’t think so. Portugal legalized iall drugs a few years ago and there was a bump but usage is actually down.

Maybe the Portuguese have more self-control ... but here in the USA ... it will be a “killer” just like it’s turning out to be in Colorado.

You clearly do not live in CO, and you seem to fall for more BS stories than the liberal masses who follow the MSM. “Vast majority of driving while impaired cases”? Not even close to being true.
