There are 50 state elections, controlled by each state and its Secretary of State. They don’t answer to the White House.
There’s no provision or precedent for suspending elections beyond very local disasters. We have the precedent of the Civil War, not to mention world wars.
Lastly, there’s no reason for leftists to suspend elections or change any rules of any kind. They are already getting everything they want over time.
