Reminds me of the old joke:
Harry and David were sitting on a beach in Miami. Harry asks him how is it you came to live here. David says easy, I had a clothing store in Brooklyn. There was a fire. So, I collected my insurance and retired here. David says how about you. Harry says, well, I was in the hardware business in St Louis. There was a flood. I too collected my insurance and came to live here. David says, Harry, how do you start a flood?
