So what changed the ATF’s mind?

The huge avalanche of negative comments from citizens.

Were caught in their violation to ignore the clear and unambiguous language of the law.

Congress’s legislation to do away with the ATF.

Congress’s legislation to reverse any M855 ban.

The House Judiciary and Crime, Terrorism, Homeland Security Committees letter that was signed by 237 Cong critter opposing the ATF.

One more. The threat of court suit where losing was about 100%.

Good work on the part of all who sent comments. With the contemporary recreational drug and conspiracy theory paradigm affecting many, we'll need even more responses from lucid, conservative citizens in the near future.
