There’s no point to voting on it. Even amending your state’s constitution is meaningless when the corrupt governor (who was butt buddies with the homosexual murderer Jim Jones) refuses to defend it in court.
The only reason it failed in CA in '08 was because Obama brought more African-Californians to the polls than ever, and most of them were political liberals but spiritual Christians and opposed same-sex marriage. A vote in CA today would almost certainly allow same-sex marriage 60-40.
