Yeah, well, what are you paying all them Union dues for, teach? You make an excellent point. By and large, the union leadership are enablers. They cover for incompetent, cowardly, and often racist administrators. They will not support victimized teachers. As a veteran urban public school teacher, I find that more than odd. I find it disgusting.
Yet the leadership is voted back in, time and again. I suspect that voter fraud plays at least a part there. Another problem is that the elementary teachers, who make up a huge voting block, don't seem to be inclined to rock the boat. They almost always vote for the status quo.

I don't have any sympathy for the people who belong to the teacher's union that helped elect this national disgrace two times. Elections have consequences. Maybe they should add that to their teaching curriculum. Barrick obola ooh, ooh, ooh.
