As we near the glorious day when Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., calls former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton before the House Select Committee on Benghazi for a grilling session that she’ll never be able to prepare enough for, we’re reminded of when Gowdy left a room full of journalists stunned and speechless — an impressive feat.
In a typical Washington, D.C., press conference, a couple dozen journalists and media types crowd into a small room and fire off a barrage of questions toward the person at the podium — but that’s not how it works when Gowdy’s behind the wheel.
Gowdy changed the very nature of the traditional press conference when, just minutes into his statement, he turned the tables and began asking the questions — starting with, “Can you tell me why Chris Stevens was in Benghazi, the night that he was killed? Do you know? Does it bother you whether or not you know why Chris Stevens was in Benghazi?”
He delivered his hard hitting questions in perfect Gowdy form, leaving the journalists in the room scrambling to figure out how to proceed.

Its all kabuki. Its a ruse to get people thinking that justice is being served so they don’t revolt. This is how the uni-party maintains its boot on our necks. When Trey is done putting on his show, he’ll be having drinks with boner and Pelosi.
The way to do that is to have the next speaker stand up and pick out one reporter: “He’s talking’ to you”. and then NAME him. I saw Kelly Ayott behind him and someone named Jordan? behind him. Doesn’t Jordan want to be in the senate?

Whenever I see Trey talk on something I realize it’s an issue the republicans plan to never do something about so they need to throw red meat to the conservatives.

If Boehner sees Gowdy is gaining traction, he’ll undermine the committee. When Gowdy was a prosecutor, he pretty much called the shots...now he is at the mercy of Boehner and Cummings. Neither of them want to do anything that upsets the ol’ boys club.
Gowdy can issue subpoenas but they can probably be delayed with legal games. How about taking possession of her server? Isn’t that done DOJ by suspecting that her house was a crime scene and gathering the evidence?
I am still his biggest fan. He told Megyn tonight hus committee could not physically get her server but that congress could. You gotta know the clintons are juicing up everything they can and will win this.
If Gowdy gets the emails we will need a national holiday to mark the date. As awesome as he is the Clintons always come out somewhere near the top. No one in government will help, not even and maybe especially the GOPe house leadership who could physically take the server.
I wonder if computer forensics could determine if parts of a server’s hard drives were erased. That would show if emails stored in memory were deleted. I bet that is possible, and that the deleted files may still be on the server. Deletion, if I understand correctly, only destroys the link to the saved file in the file directory. When the space is later needed, it is overwritten; if not needed, it is still there but “delinked.” Ironic if the Nixon 18 minute gap replays in this context. Yeah, wishful thinking that hasn’t been taken care of already.

Aside from an Article V convention, there is only bloodshed… and it is quite likely that the government is so corrupt that even an Article V convention would be ignored.
There are plenty of programs around to overwrite magnetic HDs multiple times to preclude resurrecting the data.
From January 20, 2015? We have to go back that far for encouragement. What about now? Today?

She will just sit there like a frog on a log and play dumb or claim she doesn’t remember just like the Clinton’s and other Democrats do. They have played the stone walling game so long they are experts of saying a lot of words that mean nothing.
