Congress doesn’t have to stop him. He can sign whatever agreement he wants, but it doesn’t bind this country. It doesn’t bind future presidents, or future congresses. It’s just a personal deal between him and Iran. And, our next president is free to enact whatever foreign policy he/she decides is appropriate.

True. But in the meantime, Iran maybe either has the bomb or Israel uses theirs to stop them.

The point is, the Constitution means nothing to this traitor.
