Just because he does it AFTER his election for governor doesn't mean he didn't want to do it, or didn't think it was right. That he signed it tells you he thought it was the right thing to do.
He did a good thing, there's no reason to pretend he didn't.

i stated that he said he’d sign it, and he did.
i stated i like him and was glad he signed it.
you seem’to have completely’missed those points and only want to focus on what you think are bad points because you cannot handle the slightest perceived criticism of him.
you better get thicker skin because what i stated was extremely mild criticism. plus compliments as well.
