It is a free speech issue. The frat lost its national charter is appropriate as is students shunning the chapter. But the “authority” whether it be the government or the University Pres, taking action is not.

It would appear that OU has standards for student organizations and getting drunk on cheap beer and chanting “There will never be a ni663r in our university affiliated student organization!” is a violation of that policy.
