Not up to speed on the Bourbon Régime’s parliament, but I understand people can never get their terms right. Whatever suits them at the time they go with it.

Ya think of liberal and it sounds so free and good where they liberally give us more freedom, less intrusion and less government. What we get is a massive army of bureaucrat's who tighten the choke collar of control on the land of the free.
