It doesn’t matter what server Lerner’s e-mails (or anyone else’s) is on if they have an e-mail or text to/from Hillary and Hillary’s server doesn’t have a copy of it then she is nailed for tampering with a Fed doc. Felony, $100k fine and one year in jail for each doc. Can never hold a gov office again.
But .. you have to consider that an email would have been deleted because she was whining about Obama or Jarrett, and she wouldn’t necessarily want either of them to see it.
That’s the point I’m trying to make. It’s her “private” server and email and she can do anything she wants with it. None of that equipment belongs to the Feds., not the hardware or the software.
Unless somebody she sent an email to is willing to show a copy of that email ..????????? You have nothing; and no way to prove it was “a Fed doc”.
The key will be, of course, is there anybody she sent a msg to that will tattle on her ..?? Who knows ..?? And .. maybe a few prayers wouldn’t hurt.
