I wonder what Planet Fitness’s liability will be if there is an attack or an incident. Do all members have to sign a wavier of liability, for instance?

Hell if I were the woman I’d file a lawsuit for safety concerns / negligence. The potential for people to pose as LGBT so they can engage in sexual deviance and sexual assaults against persons of the opposite sex in such close quarters is too much to ignore. It will happen. Its not an if, its a when situation.
