You can choose to deny to do business to “heteronormative” “cis-gender” people, because they have the lowest status in the politically correct social justice hierarchy due to all of their “privilege” and their status as “oppressors”. Most publicity that a business gets...even if slightly negative....always helps business. In this case? I’d take a guess that they didn’t just get rid of one customer....at least twenty to thirty will walk in over the next week and quit. As friends and associates of those twenty observe....more will quit. So, they probably lost a quarter to half of their clients over the next four months to this one episode.
This gym, I’ll predict...either shuts down by Christmas, or is renamed/repackaged.
