‘Homosexuality’ is a modern invention. Indiscriminate use of others (male or female), animals, and objects for sexual self-gratification has been known throughout history.
Forcing slaves and captives to be recipients of the captors’ sexual self-gratification is intended to humiliate, not to express romantic attachment.
