so how can browns family now due civil suit?
They are probably hoping for an out of court settlement, but I think they filed the suit before this report was made public.
Personally I don’t think they have much of a chance after reading the report, but they may be hoping a couple thousand will be cheaper than paying a lawyer for the city of Ferguson. I hope they’re told a resounding “NO”.
