I don’t think so. Small business is the enemy of these folks. They want only big business and big government to go forward, hand in hand, utterly destroying individual freedoms. Small business owners and the self employed are loose canons that the planners simply cannot allow to continue.

They need people to be subservient - in fear of losing their jobs if they step out of line.
