ZARIF: Well-- Mr. Netanyahu has been-- proclaiming, predicting that Iran will have a nuclear weapon with-- within two, three, four years, since 1992. He has been on the record time and again that Iran will build a nuclear weapon within two years-- since, as I said, 1992. In 2012, he went before the General Assembly and said, "Iran will have a nuclear weapon within one year." It seems that he wants to stick to his one year-- forever. Iran is not about building nuclear weapon. We don't wanna build nuclear weapons. We don't believe that nuclear weapons bring security to anybody, certainly not to us. So-- it's important for everybody to come to the realization that-- this is about nuclear technology, this is about scientific advancement, this is about pride of the Iranian people. It's-- it has nothing to do with nuclear weapons. And once we reach that understanding, once this hysteria is out, one-- once this fear mongering is out, then we can have a deal, and a deal that is not gonna hurt anybody. This deal will help ensure that Iran's nuclear program will always remain peaceful. We have no doubt in Iran that our nuclear program is peaceful, will remain peaceful. There may be people who have concerns. There may be people who-- who may have been affected by the type of-- hysteria that is being fanned by people like Mr. Netanyahu. And it is useful for everybody to allow this deal to go through. As you know, Iran has been under more inspections over the last ten, 15 years than any other country on the face of the Earth, probably with the only exception of Japan. And we have less than a tenth of Japan's nuclear facilities. But we have gone almost through as many inspections.

So what happened during those one year periods?
If I remember correctly, several of their nuclear engineers were mysteriously killed, the Stuxnet virus made their centrifuges and everything being processed at the time worthless and who knows what the Mossad has up their sleeves next.
That would be Kerry’s butt-buddy.
It’s been out there for awhile that when Netanyahu was in the Israeli Knesset in 1992, he warned Iran was 3-5 years from a bomb. Other Israeli and American officials were saying similar things at the time.
Netanyahu warned about the Iranian bomb when he made his first speech to Congress in 1996.
When you think about it, it’s incredible that we are now 18 years past the end of the range Bibi warned about and military action still hasn’t started.
I expect that to change soon, however.
Yup, it’s telling that NBC is giving Zarif a national platform a day after Bibi’s speech.
I assume this full interview (or at least substantial parts of it) will air on their nightly news program tonight.

There are currently four regional powers in the Mid-East: Turkey, the Saudis, Iran, and Israel. The way things are shaping up, Shi’ite Iran will become squeezed between Turkey and the Saudis. It will need a local ally. So will Israel. I wouldn’t be surprised to see a quiet alliance bloom between Iran and Israel in (say) five years.
NBC aired about 2 minutes of this during their nightly news.
In the clip, Zarif called Bibi a “butcher” on national TV, mentioned the 1992 warnings, and said their bomb program “doesn’t exist”.
He also accused Israel of possessing 200 bombs in the clip NBC aired.
Reading between the lines, he was practically saying Israel already has bombs, so why not us too?

We froze billions of dollars and many assets of Iran years ago. We also hurt their trade. If they had the money and trade, they would already have had the bomb for some time.
Apparently this isn’t the first network interview Zarif has done. He was on NBC in the past and ABC as well.
Do the lefties on these networks actually think their audience buys into this enemy propaganda when they air this vileness?
