I read that when he left office he did not have two coins to rub together. He has never had a real job in his life. He went through a messy divorce in a community property state. He has termed out of every political office he could possibly hold. He would need a lot of help to buy that house.

I forgot to add that as mayor he lived rent free in an old mansion owned by the city. Villgarossa does not have a house to sell in order to get a new house.

I don't think Villaraigosa could even carry L.A. in a primary race.

Guess it depends how many stuffed ballot boxes they find in East LA. I never understood how Sanchez won in OC.

He has never had a real job in his life.

An old friend of mine that used to own Farmer John has some funny ass stories about Villar when he was the Union Goon for the butchers. Dumber than Dirt, any money this guy has he stole or took bribes to get.

It’s funny how Los Angeles Mayors tend to retire extremely wealthy, When Tom Bradley retired he went to work for a Law Firm called, Brobeck,Phleger,Harrison in downtown. I happened to run into him there one day, when the person I was with introduced us to each other, I calmly asked, Mr Mayor, how does a guy with a $50,000 per year salary retire with $20 Million Dollars in the bank? The look on his face was priceless as he abruptly turned and walked away. The Person I was with thought it was funny as hell, almost couldn’t control his laughter, He couldn’t believe I asked him that. needless to say that is the last time Tom Bradley spoke to me.

FYI, I already knew how he got rich in office, but I know not very many people know, it wasn’t really publicized.

Ever heard of “Airport Shuttle” cute little blue vans??

I believe they are talking about the Hollywood Sign and the other elements in the sentence. You would be looking 369 to see them all.

My last house of 30 years, had the same sort of view.

Ok, here’s the house.

The Observatory is right to the side of him. The Hollywwod sign looks like it might be behind him, the Downtown skyline in front of him.

He took bribes. Where from I do not know but there are the democrat party members and the drug dealers and the real estate people probably handing him money. Divorced as well with expensive girlfriends.

Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa earned $232,426 a year.

The OC ain't what it used to be, demographically speaking.
