But the definition of armor piercing by military standards are those rounds that can penetrate armor plating on armored vehicles.

Such bullets would seem to be explicitly protected by the Second Amendment ... for the "security of a free State".

Oh, heck, yeah! I’m just pointing out how the ATF is distorting the legal definitions that exist in the statute law. Body armor is not armor and steel tipped bullets are not AP bullets.
