Actually it was EPA head Lisa Jackson that used the alias “Richard Windsor”. Carol Browner was the former EPA head, who also served as The Magic Negro’s “environmental czar”. Browner is the one who erased and reformatted her hard drive and destroyed tapes AFTER a judge ordered them preserved. She should be doing hard time right now instead of serving at an organization that works to undermine America.
