Berkeley, San Francisco, Oakland pop to mind right away.
First, he’s a dead guy.....so he’ll get all the dead-guy votes, and all Democrat votes.
Second, he’s a German citizen...so it should be illegal for him to get on the ballots of fifty states....but fortunately he has a long-style birth certificate registered in Hawaii.
Third, he’s an academic who has never held office.
Fourth, he’s Jewish....so there’s no southern state potential for votes.
