I didn't know she was a woman. Was her wife on hand for the festivities?
There are way too many who have been there too long. Term limits would solve the problem; it would also be helpful to get rid of these mounds of useless flesh if there was no pension for their fat, lazy asses.

“Term limits would solve the problem; it would also be helpful to get rid of these mounds of useless flesh if there was no pension for their fat, lazy asses. “
You would not need term limits if you simply made any elected service a temporary position w/o any pension or any other benefits! Our Founding Fathers never considered serving as an elected official as a permanent situation. Now instead of getting “service” from our elected officials, we are getting “serviced!”

This thing (freak) needs brought to Justice. Even though her terms will go down in the annals of loser-dom, she should spend the rest of her miserable existence in prison for her her many crimes against humanity. Maryland is THE Freak state. Escape while you still can.

So Mikulski can now nap at home, versus the Senate chamber or a committee room. How quickly does the O’Malley for President exploratory effort become a Senate campaign?

Adios Barb! All that time in The Senate and what did you accomplish?
She can retire with her partner to their home. It was custom built: no studs whatsoever. It's all tongue-in-groove.
