That was my first thought. I think his “country’ is Socialist Utopia.
I’d have to disagree with Gov. Walker that putting one’s name on the ballot reflected a love for one’s country. That’s a rather quaint, old-fashioned notion.
Now, unfortunately, I think it’s more often a reflection of the candidate’s desire for power: screw the country and what it has historically stood for.
