The truth is that there is enough black line lying idle in ground (fiber optic) that speed or favoritism is moot...search engines post those who pay first...this is pure tyranny ...our web works just fine these bastards and bitches just want to tax it now...tax...tax... tax...the scary part I have heard is that the same body will be the court for any disputes...that is bad,very bad. From what I understand this will be challenged and not implemented for at least 2-5 years...but that is all hearsay...I hate this Kenyan and the American liberals that see nothing wrong with this action...boggles the mind.

The backbone is where they get you. Can’t have internet without the big servers and routers. You can do a local short haul version of the net. Something for CW2.
