I just saw the Claudio Onsario story on CNBC’s “American Greed”. After Claudio got busted for bilking investors out of hundreds of millions of dollars, Jeb — a best buddy — suddenly divested himself and repaid several $100,000 of money Claudio had paid him for his lobbying services with investors. The DNC(!) also refunded several $100,000 of monies from this guy. Ditto some other shady, big money and influence peddling names. Think of it as, Jeb “I am not a crook” Bush wants the keys to the White House when he needs to be checking out the inside of a cell.

I don’t recall if Jeb paid back part or all of the money he received from Onsario.

According to the American Greed report, Jeb Bush paid back about 50% of the money he took from Onasario. The CNBC program did not elaborate further because: 1) it was about Onasrio’s crimes and 2) Jeb’s part was small potatoes [that is, influence pedaling and name dropping] to get investors and participants for Onasario’ scams.

I do not believe Jeb Bush will win in the primary. But if he does, the Democrats can make a huge thing out of him being involved with Osorio and returning half the money - especially since they will have MSM on their side. I recall how the media went ballistic when Ann Coulter made a minor innuendo regarding John Edwards and covered it day after day - that was prior to the scandal breaking.

Jeb is “smarmy” — that is, he reminds me of the fake car salesman, Joe Izuzu. I don't think he's got a core value in his body. He's never going to be ready for POTUS no mater what George H.W. Bush, Barbara Bush, or George W. Bush think or how much the rich donors contribute.
