If this bill goes back to House, it’s different bill so if House adds back amnesty language & send back to Senate, Dems can’t filibuster because reconciliation?
Wishful thinking because we know the RINO’s want amnesty but shouldn’t this be the smart thing for Boner to do?? & let Obozo shut down DHS by veto.
I think thatis right, but that is why Reid was making noises about not backing off the “filibuster” until he had a commitment from Boner to pass the bill without amendments. So in theory, Boner has already agreed to this. I hope I am wrong and Boner grows a set of stones to go along with, well, himself.
