A scale so large could not be hidden under even the most perfect scenario.

I hope you’re right. But they’ve had a couple of years now and with a lot of skunks and ghosts at their disposal, nothing surprises me anymore. This is an evil bunch who will stop at nothing to hide their corrupt activities. I smell a fish.
