Illegal immigrants who are able to obtain Social Security Numbers and work permits as a result of President Obama’s executive amnesty could claim tens of thousands of dollars in back tax benefits, a new Congressional Research Service memo obtained first by Breitbart News reveals.
The report comes following the Internal Revenue Service’s confirmation that once illegal immigrants are granted Social Security Numbers — as a result of Obama’s executive actions — they will be able to file back tax returns and obtain up to four years of tax benefits, including the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) and the Child Tax Credit (CTC).
The new CRS report — dated Wednesday and requested to gauge the tax benefits an amnesty beneficiary could potentially accrue — looks at the amount of EITC and CTC for a hypothetical family from from 2011-2014.

Meanwhile, my wife and I are saddled with an enormous tax bill, because we were hardworking Americans.
I’m seriously considering a job as a burger flipper. At least I could claim all manner of ridiculous tax credits and wind up getting money back. Working for a living in this country during this administration’s reign of terror has been the worst rollercoaster ride of my life.
A little perspective on this:
The way this is reported might make you think Joe Alien is going to be handed a EITC check for $4000 and a CTC check for $1000 per kid. At which point he will go out and buy his new car. He’ll never actually see most of the money, but he WILL see his (back) taxes greatly reduced.
Child Tax Credit is non-refundable. You don’t get a check for $1000 per child; you just get your taxes reduced. The Additional CTC IS refundable, however, but gets offset by higher tax brackets.
In order to get EITC, you must have “earned” income - generally either a W-2 or Schedule C (Self Employed).
If you have a legit W-2, you’ll have had withholding; i.e., you’ve paid a boatload of money to the IRS already. So your NET will be EITC + CTC minus your withholding.
If you are self employed, your SE taxes will eat up any EITC you get. Ask any SE person.
So, the EITC/CTC will be available, but the illegal will not see the entire amount in his pocket.
Citizens, on the other hand, will see the full amount taken from our pockets.
Democrats buy votes.
They buy people.
But even by democrat corrupt “Chicago” standards $35,000 is a lot to pay. Guess the sky’s the limit when the little thieves are using our money for their payoffs.
Do we have to pay for their whores too?

It will be paid in worthless dollars or blood.. But sadly, the bill will come due.
