The question that I should ask is WHY the GOP seems to want to CAVE all the time?
And I say this though they are in the MAJORITY.

They refuse to use the Tools Reid did to get done what they claim to want. I do not want some false ethics ethos to get in the way of proper governmental policy.
The Truth is that they agree with Obamacare, with Illegal immigration, increased spending, reduced military, government bailouts, stopping the pipeline, global warming as a vehicle to impose governmental socialism and control.
What does the Republican Party Stand for? Only itself.

What happened to the Administrative Procedure Act that requires publication of proposed rules followed by a period of public comment?
They did this before, and then changed the proposal without telling anyone what the changes are. This is not in compliance with the APA, and the rules should be void ab initio.
Will Republicans use the law to stop them, or gnash their teeth in false discombobulation for the cameras?
Words mean nothing.
