The Left is beginning to sweat.
Below is a California poll linked in this New Yorker article [with foreboding picture and text] on Scott Walker - The Dangerous Candidacy of Scott Walker
The Field Poll: Feb 19, 2014: Californias GOP presidential primary remains a wide-open affair
Scott Walker, Wisconsin Governor 18%
Jeb Bush, former Florida Governor 16%
Rand Paul, Kentucky Senator 10%
Ben Carson, author and medical doctor 8%
Marco Rubio, Florida Senator 7%
Mike Huckabee, former Arkansas Governor 5%
Ted Cruz, Texas Senator 5%
Rick Perry, Texas Governor 4%
Chris Christie, New Jersey Governor 3%
Bobby Jindal, Louisiana Governor 1%
Lindsey Graham, South Carolina Senator 1%
Others (less than ½ of 1% each) 3%
Undecided 19%
That’s not popcorn; no, it’s little left-wing brains exploding.
What I don’t get is why Ted Cruz isn’t in the top two or three.
What's not to like?
Walker/Carson 2016. I’m ok with that.... Leave Cruz in the Senate as a firebrand to shake out the old, crusted limp zombies.
Walker has taken the worst the left and the unions can dish out, and won. In that respect, he is already battle tested.
I wonder if pretty soon, the MSM will call upon GOPe to disarm Walker as a threat, eg, some idiot enabler like McCain will answer a reporter’s question about how many toes Obama has on each foot, and somewhere along the line, claim that Walker is a kook. Presto, someone like Jeb or Romney becomes the front runner. These days, this stuff writes itself. :-(
You mean EVEN THOUGH HE DIDN’T ANSWER THE MEDIA QUESTIONS THE WAY HE WAS SUPPOSED TO????
I’m shocked.
LOL, I have to find my old post where I was commenting on polling orgs leaving out Walker intentionally because he was the one they feared most. The were not even listing him as an option.
The Tupelo Poll: A one man poll show who us’ns would, could and will not vote for.
Scott Walker: Hell Yes
Jeb Bush: Hell NO
Rand Paul: umm No
Ben Carson: NO
Marco Rubio: umm no
Mike Huckabee: NO
Ted Cruz: Yeah
Rick Perry: Yeah, maybe
Chris Christie: Hell NO
Bobby Jindal: yeah
Lindsey Graham: Hell NO
Others: NOPE
It seems to me that Walker’s last sentence in every response to the media ‘gotcha’ questions needs to be: “That’s Walker, W-A-L-K-E-R”.
Polls are polls and subject to many biases. But Carson in
2nd at 18% I believe is a polling anomaly.
