A friend who took in foster children told me once that any child who has been within the foster care system for 2 years HAS been sexually assaulted by someone in the foster family at some time during that time.

The bleach is probably used to purify water. They sound like they are off the grid as much as possible.
I read somewhere within the past week that there are two older college age kids in this family who wanted to go to public school and couldn’t.
I wouldn’t be surprised if they are behind this.

there are no charges, no crimes and cps operates within the civil court level/hearings and their OWN set of statutes and laws.
they don’t need any formal charges or crimes,they don’t need to produce evidence- what they state you did is what it is as in guilty till proven innocent.
people stuck here suffer massively and it would be a miracle finding a judge to step in and “interfere” with the system and get those children home.
I would have formulated a plan and within days my kids would have been taken from state custody (by force if necessary) and we would have disappeared.

The court should. Because everyone who drinks tap water drinks chlorine bleach.
The government even advises adding more when there has been a water contamination.
