James Garfield, 20th President of the USA, assassinated in 1881, could write Latin with one hand and Greek with the other - AT THE SAME TIME.Garfield was ambidextrous, meaning that he was both left and right-handed. He was primarily left-handed, and was actually the first left-handed US President. Other interesting facts about President Garfield: He was the last president born in a log cabin and he was the first president to campaign in two languages (English and German). Also, on election day, November 2, 1880, he was at the same time a member of the House, Senator-elect and President-elect.
Garfield was raised in humble circumstances on an Ohio farm by his widowed mother and elder brother, next door to their cousins, the Boyntons, with whom he remained very close. He worked at many jobs to finance his higher education at Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts, from which he graduated in 1856.
A year later, Garfield entered politics as a Republican, after campaigning for the party's anti-slavery platform in Ohio.
And the left-wing commentariat claim that Obama is the most intelligent man ever to hold the office. Obama cannot even speak English correctly (said the corpsman), doesn't know what language is spoken in Austria, and doesn't know how many states are in the United States.
About the resident in OUR White House, yeah, he can't even pronounce OB-GYN instead saying Obie-Gynie with a hard G.
What an ignorant moron. Constitutional professor my @$$.
