ya know I never examined that photograph very closely or even very carefully before
not that that guy is Mister Rogers or anything half that civil but those heads on the fence behind em either came form a different photographic exposure of theyre fakes
I say that as the size of his head is significantly LARGER than the heads behind him
IN ADDITION theres a real serious issue highlighted in Red.
that head would not fit in that space given the SHAPE of the opening in the concrete insert.

Yup. The concrete star (with the head inserted) is missing the point at 5 o’clock position. Looks like the head was pasted over it.

Looks like the guy had a lot of neck fat, thus spare chin skin post chop. But his chin seems to squarely cover the "missing" triangle in question.
