I think the key in this case is that the judge issued a stay while he makes up his mind how to rule.
I view that as a kind of pocket veto. He may want to review this case for the next two years and then it will be moot.
I guess they can overturn a stay order, but I believe Obama would have to show irreparable harm if the stay is not reversed.

Bingo ! This Judge will run out the clock on Obama - and if the C-Span caller article I just posted is true (and I believe it is), the Rats could lose everything in 2016.
