Correct me if I'm wrong but I think the judge correctly found that Obama did not comply with some 1946 law and that his Executive Orders on amnesty were therefore illegal.

Unconstitutional, not Illegal. I think there is a difference there.

Or did I miss something in his ruling?

I think the word “illegal” was an adjective for the border jumpers, not for the executive action. Anyway, the Constitution is the law, so . . . illegal.
