I think the Muslims are creating an environment where abusing or openly expressing hatred of jews has become more commonplace. Some of the caucasian natives born in Europe have already disliked jews, and now feel brave enough (evil enough) to say it out loud.

My guess is the muslims first and foremost. Who will stop them? They let them rape their women and cover it up.
