Here is the liberal elitist version of the 2A

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, "Our lives, being more important than the lives of plebeians, the right of the People our bodyguards (and ourselves if we are hip hop artists) to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed. And it's totally legal for us to shoot you dirty plebs.

You should also consider that several states now are pursuing Constitutional carry. My state is one. Theyre continuing the permitting process for those interested in carry outside our state. So, its not as black & white as you believe. THings are changing despite you.

Its nothing like that. Theres no amendment for gay marriage. There is for keeping/bearing arms.

It’s “Operation Chokepoint”, appropriately named.

The ATF is trying to ban .223 “cop killer” rifle ammo
My issue here is that CONGRESS abdicated their authority to make laws and handed that authority over to unelected bureaucrats.
CONGRESS should do their job or simply go home. The republicans are complicit in this fraud.
Maybe I'm a simpleton but it seems to me that CONGRESS simply says "you have no authority to make those policy decisions". That authority rests with CONGRESS!!

Along these lines, I would like to see the pro-gun alphabet orgs, in conjunction with some pro- politicians, pass a law that would treat CCW holders like C&R. Since we’ve passed background checks, been fingerprinted and mugged, why can we have firearms - modern or antique - be shipped directly to us and cut out the crap of going throufh an FFL dealer, (the last transaction cost me $40 since the dealer had to drive 10 miles across the state line).

Even if (at first) you had to send in a signed 4473, it would be a break for CCW holders.

Four facts about the anti-gun Nazi democrats:

1. They live in our neighborhoods.

2. They have names.

3. They have addresses.

4. None of them are trained in combat arms.

"You should also consider that several states now are pursuing Constitutional carry. My state is one."

Would that be Texas, by any chance?

I saw just yesterday that one Open Carry bill (allowing open carry for concealed carried permittees) was passed out of committee.

I like your choice of graphic:
I have an earlier version of that very piece, and find it can be carried concealed very easily.

The left doesn’t believe in rights. They believe in needs disguised as rights and to be meted out as rewards like treats for a dog.

No, NH. When I say Constitutional carry I mean concealed carry w/ no need to be permitted. We already have open carry and concealed w/ permit. My hope is thatll change to open and concealed w/o permit. We also somewhat recently got automatic knives.
