To: Yosemitest; All

Part of my confusion is understanding whether this issue described at this thread is the same one as the issue of states preventing cities from having their own broadband service. Is this one issue or two different ones? If they are the same, why wouldn’t FReepers want the cities to be free of their state preventing them from providing service? I thought more local control was one of our issues.

This issue is about taxes and "Big Brother".
The ILLEGAL ALIEN IN CHIEF is wanting control of the Internet to "Fix a Problem" that doesn't exist.
You may trust that EVIL, VILE man, but I don't.
He's going to do the exact opposite of what he says he's going to do.
