OSCE is unable to get into Debaltseve where possible resumption of hostilities dialog.ua

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin said that representatives of illegal armed groups on Sunday do not allow a special monitoring observers of the OSCE mission in Debaltseve Donetsk region.

"Unfortunately, despite all our efforts and the efforts of the Mission ... they were not allowed to Debaltseve, saying that they can not get there," - said the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry at a briefing in Kiev on Sunday.

According to him, it is "a direct violation of the agreements Minsk." "I believe that those who interfere with the Mission, should bear the political and moral responsibility," - said Klimkin.

He said that the ban came from the "Minister of Defense" self-proclaimed "Donetsk People's Republic."

"They informed the OSCE mission that it is dangerous to get into Debaltseve. Although she was ready to get into the last night Debaltseve and there to see how satisfied the ceasefire," - said Klimkin.

According to Ming arrangements, it is the representatives of the OSCE should monitor the cease-fire in the conflict zone in the east of Ukraine.

On the morning of February 15 militants accused the Ukrainian military in violation of the armistice,then actually admitted that they continue shelling Debaltseve.
